Bond hearings
If you or your loved one are detained by ICE, the most important piece of information we need is your A number (alien number), which should appear on any immigration paperwork
With that information, or at least your date of birth, we can look you up in ICE’s online detainee locator system and file for a bond hearing for you in the appropriate court
You also need a USC or LPR sponsor who will commit to making sure you appear for your next hearings along with evidence of your good moral character and not being a danger to society
